These are three printed additions to the 20 Volume Oxford English Dictionary. They are included in the OED on CD version 3.
Vol. 1 was printed in 1994 352 pages
Vol. 2 was printed in 1994, 384 pages
Vol. 3 was printed in 1997, 424 pages
